Pamela Edwards McClafferty is a writer, bestselling author, award winning producer and designer. From the museums and opera halls of Europe to the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera and LACMA to 7th Avenue fashion, she has been exposed and influenced by the world's people and their art.

At eleven years old, Pamela began training as a singer while always having a journal nearby to write down her thoughts. Two trips in her teens influenced the course of her life. In her 13th year, she traveled to Europe to stay with family friends, the English BBC broadcaster/author Kenneth Allsop's family. Kenneth picked her up at the airport. She would never forget his questions about her life and future and the advice he offered. "Write every day. Sing every day and design those clothes. You're young. Have fun with all the arts! They will lead you where you need to go." That summer Pamela was introduced to art, culture and design as the Allsops showed her London, Paris, Rome and the Island of Elba. Via New York, four years later, Pamela was back in Europe, on a singing scholarship performing with the California Youth Chorale. Mark McClafferty is a native to the First State of Delaware where he attended the Alexis I. Du Pont School and The University of Delaware as an undergraduate. While serving as President of the Student Government Association at the University of Delaware, Mark became a vocal advocate against the war in Viet Nam. Eventually he was called to present his views before the Ninety-First Congressional Ad Hoc Committee of the House for Policy in Southeast Asia. Before graduation Mark was selected by Delaware Governor Russell W. Peterson as a Governor's Summer Fellow assigned to study the state's Family Court system and report his observations to the Governor. Several months later, while in Miami, McClafferty had a chance meeting with future Senator Gary Hart (D) Colorado, who, at the time, was George McGovern's campaign manager. Hart asked Mark to join the McGovern campaign. Mark traveled to various Primary States to organize voting campaigns during McGovern's successful drive to gain the Democratic Presidential nomination. The following summer at the Democratic National Convention, James Biden, a classmate of Mark's at the U of D, introduced Mark to his brother, Joe. Thereafter Mark returned to Delaware to serve....
